Pelfrey Hall is the largest and most recognizable building on campus. It is named for Professor Emeritus Lloyd Pelfrey, one of our founding faculty members and school president for 26 years. Pelfrey Hall contains all of our classrooms, most of our offices, the gymnasium, and the dining hall.

Ferneau Center
The Ferneau Center is our gym/auditorium. Named after a former board member from Columbia, Missouri, it hosts Chapel services twice a week, men’s and women’s basketball games, special banquets during the school year, and an impressive display of international flags representing the countries our students have come from to attend Central.

Dining Hall
CCCB provides dining services for students and staff. Sixteen meals are provided on Monday through Saturday. Entrees like steak and shrimp are served at once a month premium nights. The campus enjoys bonus bites, periodic demonstration cooking, a full salad bar and dessert bar, theme meals, carved to order meats, and a side bar. Eat with your friends or get to know the staff and campus visitors who also share a meal.

Classrooms
Seven classrooms are located in Pelfrey Hall, equipped with wireless Internet, display technology, comfortable furniture, and access to power for computers and devices. Classrooms are conveniently located near other campus features, which means you won’t have to hike a long distance to class.

Student Development Office
Once you become a student, this will be where you can find all the resources you need to be successful at Central. Questions about life in our residence halls, student-led ministries, and opportunities for getting plugged in around campus can all be answered here. It’s also where you’ll come to meet with the Dean of Men or Dean of Women, if needed.

Strength & Fitness Room
Students, staff, and athletes have access to a well-maintained workout room, stocked with high-quality equipment, including weights, ellipticals, treadmills, exercise bikes, chest press machines, and bench presses.

Athletics Department
Athletics don’t come before academics and discipleship at Central, but you can still enjoy competitive sportsmanship. Men’s and Women’s basketball at the NCCAA level and several club sports let you play at the level you want while you train for a lifetime of ministry.

Pioneer Room
The Pioneer Room is a space adjacent to our dining hall and open for use by student and staff groups. It is used for InFocus Fridays, small student worship sessions, staff meetings, commencement ceremonies and mealtime conversations by students and staff.

Lincoln Board Room
Named after the college’s first chairman of the Board of Directors, the Lincoln Conference Room is used for various meetings, outside groups, and InFocus Fridays.
