Admissions Checklists

Applying for admission to Central is the next step in discovering how you can impact this world for Christ.  If you have already filled out an application, you can find your next steps in the drop down lists below.

Once your application file is complete and all necessary documents have been submitted, you can usually expect to know the outcome of your application within 1-2 weeks

Application Checklists

It is recommended that these steps be completed by December 1 for Spring Semester students and June 30 for Fall Semester students for the best chance at placement in desired classes and housing situations.

First Time Student

If you are a high school student interested in dual-enrollment, you can find the application process for concurrent high school students by clicking “Concurrent Student” section below.

*First-Time Students age 23 or over:
Applicants ages 23 or older who have never attended another college or university are required to submit a personal essay instead of an ACT transcript.  The essay must be at least one page typed, and composed in response to one or more of the following:

  1. Share your testimony with us: what was your path to becoming a Christian?
  2. Describe how God is using you and stretching you now (include a description of your current church involvement)
  3. Tell us how CCCB fits into your life/ministry goals
Transfer Student
Returning Student
  • Fill out application form
  • Send transcripts for any college(s) attended since leaving Central
  • Provide contact information for one reference if it has been more than one semester since leaving Central
Concurrent Student
Meet Following Requirements:
  • Entering 9th grade or above
  • Freshman and Sophomore Level – minimum 2.7 GPA
  •  Junior and Senior Level – minimum 2.5 GPA
International Student
  • Fill out application and International Questionnaire 
  • Send education records (must be translated by an acceptable service if from a non-English speaking country)
  • Send TOEFL results
  • Provide contact information for one ministerial reference that can verify your current church involvement.
  • Send personal funding statement
  • Send I-134
  • Provide copy of passport
    Upon Admittance:
  1. Send affidavit of support
  2. Pay $500 processing fee
  3. Schedule and attend visa interview
