Elders have a responsibility to prepare for “What’s Next?” at their church. This all-day seminar will help elders and staff members with topics like: understanding the times, innovative thinking, developing powerful leaders, building a generous church, winning spiritual battles, recruiting new elders, reaching the next generation, improving preacher/elder relationships, and assessing the church health.
