Central Christian College of the Bible Scholarship Application

In addition to the Full-Tuition Scholarship, Central is proud to offer four additional Scholarships. These Scholarships were provided by the generosity of individuals who support Central in its endeavor to develop servant-leaders for the church. All recipients of the scholarship must demonstrate Christian character, growth, and leadership abilities. Recipients must be seeking a bachelor's degree from Central.

The LINCOLN SCHOLARSHIP is in honor of Roy F. Lincoln to recognize the leadership and Service he gave to Central Christian College in the 34 years he served on the College's Board of Directors. The recipient of this scholarship must demonstrate financial need, be a junior or senior student, have at least a 2.0 GPA, and be a member in good standing in a Restoration Church.

The "GO YE" SCHOLARSHIP was established by Tom & Margery Plumb to encourage Central's international students to continue their plans to work in a mission activity after graduation. The recipient should be an international student who is an immersed believer, had two previous years of training at CCCB, plan to work in a mission activity after graduation, have at least a GPA of 2.0, and be a member of good standing in a Restoration Church.

THE KENNY BURGUS MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP was established by the Burgus family in memory of 23 year old Kenny Burgus who died as a result of an ATV accident.  The scholarsip recipient should be a junior or senior male student who is pursuing a 4 year degree in Cross Cultural, Preaching, or Youth and Family Ministry from Central Christian College of the Bible.  The recipient shall maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.0, and  regularly attend a Restoration Christian Church/Church of Christ.

The Supporting Church Scholarship is awarded to incoming, degree seeking students to be used during their Freshman and Sophomore years. It can also be applied to transfer students who are completing a bachelor degree in ministry.

The scholarship is awarded over a course of four (4) semsters at $250 per semester.  The student needs to be a full-time student attending classes on the Moberly campus. 

Students qualify if their home church is a President's Circle Silver Level, or greater, donor ($600 annually).  This can be achieved within the 24 months prior to admission.
