After submitting your online application, we need you to take these steps before your application can be processed:
1. ACT or SAT scores -- Official copies of any test scores you've taken should be sent to the CCCB admissions department. One of these test scores is required for application review for most applicants. If you have not taken the ACT or SAT, please check to see if you meet one of the execptions or if you need information on how to satisfy this requirement.
2. Official High School Transcripts -- Your high school must send completed transcripts with graduation date (if you're still in high school, have current transcript sent) to the CCCB admissions department. Print out the Transcript Request Form and send it to each high school you have previously attended. Official copies of a GED can be accepted in lieu of a transcript.
Home Schoolers should fill out the Home School Transcript Template if they do not currently have a transcript.
Applicants who are unable to get a high school transcript may self-certify that they have met their state's educational requirements for high school graduates. A self-certification form is available upon request from the Admissions Department. Just call 888-263-3900, ext. 129.
3. College Transcripts -- If you have attended college, have all final college transcripts sent to the CCCB admissions department (sent by your college/s). Print out the Transcript Request Form and send it to each college or university you have previously attended. College credits cannot be transferred until the final official copy is recieved.
4. References -- Print two copies of this Ministerial Reference Form and have a non-relative minister, elder, or Sunday school teacher fill out and turn in to CCCB.
After you've been accepted:
1. Deposit -- To reserve your slot in the incoming class, you must pay the non-refundable $200 deposit by August 1. The deposit will be applied to the student's account at registration. If you choose to mail your fee, send it to the address below. Be certain to indicate the incoming student's name in the memo section of the check. You may also pay the fee online.
