Transfer Student Application Process

  1. Application:
    • Complete the online admissions application found here: Apply Online.
  2. Official High School Transcripts
    • Your high school must send completed transcripts with graduation date to the CCCB admissions department.  Print out and complete the Transcript Request Form and send it to the high school where you graduated.
    • Official copies of a GED can be accepted in lieu of a transcript.
    • Home School students should send in their home school transcripts.  If you do not currently have a completed home school transcript, you can use the Home School Transcript Template
  3. College Transcripts
    • The CCCB admissions department will need transcripts showing your most recent 12 hours of college work. If you intend to transfer any credits or apply for financial aid, we will need transcripts from each college you have attended to pass on to our academic and/or financial aid departments. If needed, download the Transcript Request Form and send it to the Registrar’s Office of any colleges attended.
  4. References
    • Provide two references from non-relatives who know you well. One needs to be ministerial in nature- best filled out by a preacher, youth minister, elder, small group leader, etc who has witnessed your work in ministry and church attendance. The second may be from a different ministerial source or can instead be obtained from an academic or employment reference- teacher, coach, boss, etc. You can print two copies of the Reference Form and have your references complete and mail the form directly to the CCCB Admissions Office.  You can also provide us with the name, email address, and phone number of your references when you complete your admissions application and we will send them a link to complete the reference electronically.
